Kennedy-Nixon Debate 1960 (Part 3)

Kennedy-Nixon Debate 1960 (Part 3) Video Clips. Duration : 9.90 Mins.

September 26, 1960 www.amazon.com Watch the full program: thefilmarchived.blogspot.com On January 2, 1960, Kennedy officially declared his intent to run for President of the United States. In the Democratic primary election, he faced challenges from Senator Hubert Humphrey of Minnesota and Senator Wayne Morse of Oregon. Kennedy defeated Humphrey in Wisconsin and West Virginia and Morse in Maryland and Oregon, although Morse's candidacy is often forgotten by historians. He also defeated token opposition (often write-in candidates) in New Hampshire, Indiana, and Nebraska. In West Virginia, Kennedy visited a coal mine and talked to mine workers to win their support; most people in that conservative, mostly Protestant state were deeply suspicious of Kennedy's Roman Catholicism. His victory in West Virginia cemented his credentials as a candidate with broad popular appeal. At the Democratic Convention, he gave the well-known "New Frontier" speech, which represented the changes America and the rest of the world would be going through. With Humphrey and Morse out of the race, Kennedy's main opponent at the convention in Los Angeles was Senator Lyndon B. Johnson of Texas. Adlai Stevenson, the Democratic nominee in 1952 and 1956, was not officially running but had broad grassroots support inside and outside the convention hall. Senator Stuart Symington of Missouri was also a candidate, as were several favorite sons. On July 13, 1960, the Democratic convention nominated Kennedy as ...

Is this not every entrepreneur and company owner's theme song? It's been mine for a long time, until recently when I decided I was doing too much, retention on too tightly, and, well, just plain being a workaholic.

Here are a few tips on breaking through overwhelm and stepping on to a path of more peace, prosperity, and a smaller to-do list.

John Wayne Quotes

First - perceive you cannot possibly do it all on your own. You should get help before you need it, meaning hire a virtual assistant, find an intern, or delegate some tasks to your teenagers. Don't be the John Wayne of your business, reasoning you've got to do and Be everything. (Accountant, marketer, web-designer, email-checker, etc.). At first, it's necessary, but if you've got any revenue advent in - it's time to hire some stuff out. This leaves you the capability of working on more revenue producing tasks. It's a catch 22. You either do it all and limit your growth, or you take a chance, hire the right someone and grow, grow, grow!!

Second - come to the closing that all things doesn't need to get done. One of my favorite quotes, who I forget who wrote it says "There's nothing worse than doing something that never needed to be done at all." You know those things on your list that if you let go the world wouldn't stop, and quite indeed nobody would even notice. Yep, that's right - the world will not fall apart. It's all the time extraordinary when you perceive that. See what you can let go of, maybe for a day, a week, or good yet - forever.

Next - eliminate distracters. either it's email checking, Facebook, laundry, or your kids. It's prominent to set aside time for each action and not let other things encroach upon your scheduled time. Currently I've posted a note on my computer that says "I am free to let my email go." - Meaning I can break free from the long-held pattern (from my mortgage processing days) that I don't need to hit "Send and Receive" every twenty seconds. - The world will survive.

Stop multi-tasking. I hate to say it, because this is a skill we used to add to our resume. "Great multi-tasker." Boo - this is a terrible thing. Focus on what thing at a time and then unblemished it all the way before animated on to the next thing. If I'm in my email or in Facebook this distracts me from giving that one, most prominent thing my full attention, production it take Twice as long to finish. I promise, this single-handedly can change your day!

Lastly - generate systems. Run your company like a business, generate systems for everything, and then corollary them. This will help you find things faster, unblemished what you start, and ensure that all things is done correctly.

Getting out of overwhelm isn't all the time easy, but just breathe. You'll be fine, just a conscious decision to mentally slow down will help you get through it.

Really quick video made from those two nice Nolan's Batman 3 trailer's we got. I just loved those quotes Alfred and Selina made, they were so powerful. And so, this music isn't really even my number one song choice for this, but I wanted something where the beat of the music, as well as the vivid sound were combined somehow melancholy way. The Winning Isn't Everything, It's the Only Thing, Myth!

This customary quote has haunted me throughout all my years of coaching, and I imagine I am not alone. In case you are reading this and have no idea, where this quote came from let me give you a dinky background. The saying "Winning isn't Everything...it's the Only thing" has for over 45 years been attributed to the legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers football team, the man for whom the Super Bowl trophy is named; the great Vince Lombardi. News flash: he never said it; what he did say is "winning isn't all things -but wanting to win is." The misquote comes from a Hollywood output starring John Wayne and Donna Reed, titled "Trouble Along the Way" (Warner Brothers 1953) that was filmed in black and white and was a story in which Wayne plays a coach and a single parent with a daughter at a underground Catholic college and Donna Reed a group worker concerned about the child. In the film, a game is being played while Donna Reed and the dinky girl are up in the stands watching in a scene. The scene shifts between shots of the Duke pacing along the sideline barking out plays and getting his team fired up, then to a combine of priests waving the school colors and ultimately to Donna Reed and the dinky girl who looks to be about 10-12 years old. Donna Reed is commenting to the girl about how she hopes the boys are enjoying the game and giving their all or something like that, when the dinky girl responds back with the line...."well you know what father (so and so) always says...."Winning isn't all things it's the only thing." This line came from a Hollywood output out of the mouth of a 10-year-old fictional character. Some how this line got attributed to Vince Lombardi ( some say due to his religious affiliation with the Catholic church) and he spent the rest of his life right down to his last days attempting to definite that mistake with sports commentators and writers.

I imagine like many others, that this kind of thinking, that winning is the only thing, has dominated many a coach and parent's way of looking at sports competition, and when our children, our school's team, or we are not winning at every contest then there must be something wrong. Is it possible that something else is being gained that for the occasion neither I the parent nor I the coach can grasp in my occasion of temporary setback? It is the understanding of winning all the time that is so in grained in our society that we do all kinds of things along with ignoring our higher sense of self to perform it. At times, we are willing to do "whatever it takes" even if it means not doing the right thing. Confused yet? Of policy you are because unfortunately, once we take off the mind set that "winning is all things "we are forced to look someplace else for the real purpose of these competitions. In looking, the write back I have discovered is not in my head. It lies truly in the heart with a capital H, and, I will come back to that in a minute.

John Wayne Quotes

If you look at winning and losing as a whole the fact of the matter is that every time you step onto a field your chances are 50/50. This is a straightforward truth, the world as we can realize it, is made up of a set of opposites, hot vs. Cold, up vs. Down, win vs. Lose etc. all things in creation is a world of duality. In fact, you cannot sense one without the other. Fantasize living with only daylight? Only darkness? One compliments the other. Without sorrow, this is no joy. Without an opponent, we do not get to play the game. So how do we operate then in this world of duality? Moreover, where do we put our attentiveness in order to follow instead of fail? In addition, more to the point, how do we share in competitive sports? The write back lies in our higher sense of self. There is a greater part of us that knows how to take all this duality and see it for what it is and what it is not. We are far more than just winners or loser's in this game! We are in fact, the creators of our own destinies. And depending on how we consideration and search for the workings of our own thoughts and the feelings they originate we can see the good in both the winning and the losing. We can sense both the good and the bad of winning and losing, and not forget our true selves. This is not a new concept, Eastern forms of competition have been teaching this for thousands of years; they even refer to their sports as "arts" as in martial arts. The goals of which are not to annihilate or destroy opponents but to honor, respect and love them. The realization being that without an opponent the artist does not have anyway to demonstrate the skills he has mastered. The competition is based on both opponents demonstrating their best, giving 100% and enjoying the opening to compete. It is not in the winning or losing but in the competitive that the athlete/artist is able to demonstrate his level of mastery. Vince Lombardi's correction of the predominant misquote "Winning isn't everything-but wanting to win is." Has a very subtle but powerful disagreement from winning is the only thing. That disagreement lies in the power of our attentiveness and intention. Why share in an activity unless you do it to the best of your ability? Our intention should always be to do our best to win or succeed, however if on any given day we do not have the outcome we would prefer we are not meant to take that personally. We give our best, learn from our mistakes and naturally get better as we grow. I have a personal motto that goes like this: "Make it personal; don't take it personal." What I mean by that is I want to do things to the best of my ability, I want to personally make it my business to give all that I can, while at the same time, remembering that if I follow or fail it is not a real reflection of who I truly am, it is just the follow of the best of my efforts at that time.

I can remember a number of times in my coaching career and my parenting careers, when my son and I both learned lessons while his days as a peewee flag football player. One season, he was drafted onto a team that could not win a game. He would complain on our rides home and at one point told me, he did not want to play anymore. I understood his pain, having been there as a coach and player myself, but also knew that there would be some value in persisting and following straight through with what he had committed to doing. After much argument and persuasion on my part, he agreed to stop the season and to naturally give his best no matter what the score was in any given game. His team never did win a single game in the regular season, but lo and behold, a small miracle did occur. When it came time for the playoffs, his team was able to be thriving at the two most foremost games of the year. That is right; they won the semi final and the championship games. I took the opening to point out to my son that had he quit, he would have missed out on being a champion. We also discussed how you never of course know how things might turn out if you keep your commitments and your word and just give your best.

Earlier I mentioned a Hollywood movie that produced a very risky and unrealistic concept. Hollywood has also produced some very overwhelming and overwhelming stories to inspire us as well. I recently watched "Friday Night Lights" another movie about football. It is all about the extremely competitive game of Texas High School football. The best part was the scene in the locker room at half time of the "big game" when Coach Gary Gaines starts talking about "Being Perfect", the team's context for the season. He starts by telling the players to just forget about what is on the scoreboard, to forget about winning, and just go back out on the field to give their best, to give their all for each other and to do it with love in their hearts, and a sense of joy for playing the game. He tells them how much he loves each of them and models for them what he hopes they have learned...If they play the game to the best of their ability, and for all the right reasons, the final score is not their reward; the feeling they leave with will be. We are all looking for, the write back we find in our Heart with a capital H. This real answer. In the game of football or the game of life, if we play full out, giving our best and loving what we do, there will only be winners and champions no matter what the scoreboard says. Playing the game for all the right reasons is the key.

Finding and understanding the right reasons to compete was and is the biggest challenge I face on a daily basis no matter what the task. I live in this world of duality and by nature; I prefer only half of what makes up my perception of reality. I only want to win, I only want happiness etc. The qoute is the more attached I am to what I want, the more I also become attached to their opposites. Reality is a dual edged sword. The write back to this puzzle is in not being attached, but rather to play the game from your heart and not your head. You see, it is your head and your ego that sees and experiences the duality and it is your head that creates the preferences based on all the facts it has collected over a lifetime of living in this world of opposites. It is your head that will take the winning and losing personally; your heart on the other hand will just go with the flow feeling the joy and love of naturally playing the game. It is love that takes you back to the game-time and time again-whether you are winning or losing. In other words, Love isn't everything...it is the only thing. Winning is a happy byproduct.

A few years ago, while I was as an assistant coach at the high school level; I was listening to our head coach talk to the players at halftime of a varsity basketball game. He told them that in order to be winners they would have to work hard, play smart, have fun and do it together. I found that to be very good advice. And as I was listening to him speak these ideas, it dawned on me that before anything would ever want to commit to all the hard work it takes to win, something else would need to be gift as well. The imagine we become real winners and champions in sports and in life, is in general that - aside from committing to the hard work, the playing smart, the fun etc. - we have to truly love what we are doing.

If we love what we are doing, it is far easier to put in the work, rebound from the losses and show up to play the game over and over again. As it turns out, when you search for the mindsets and hearts of true champions (whether in sports or in life) what you see and hear from them is how much they love it. anything the "it" is for them. All great champions have this as the basis for participating in their chosen endeavors. All great people have learned to play the game from their heart and naturally use their head as a compass-a tool to navigate their way to success. This is the most necessary lesson, sports and competition has taught me. This is the most necessary chapter we can teach our young athletes. "Winning isn't everything-it's loving what you do that means everything."

True Grit [Blu-ray] Overview

In 1970, John Wayne won an Academy Award. for his larger-than-life performance as the drunken, uncouth and totally fearless one-eyed U.S. Marshall, Rooster Cogburn. The cantankerous Rooster is hired by a headstrong young girl (Kim Darby) to find the man who murdered her father and fled with the family savings. When Cogburn's employer insists on accompanying the old gunfighter, sparks fly. And the situation goes from troubled to disastrous when an inexperienced but enthusiastic Texas Ranger (Glen Campbell) joins the party. Laughter and tears punctuate the wild action in this extraordinary Western which features performances by Robert Duvall and Strother Martin.

True Grit [Blu-ray] Specifications

A wonderful/rueful running gag in El Dorado involves the Edgar Allan Poe line "Ride, boldly ride" being mangled by toupee-wearer Wayne into "Ride, baldy, ride." Two years later, in True Grit, Wayne put the joke in italics by donning an eyepatch and several inches of girth to play cantankerous territorial marshal Rooster Cogburn. Critics belatedly noticed that he could be a marvelously entertaining actor, and Hollywood finally gave him the Oscar they'd failed to nominate him for in Red River, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, The Quiet Man, The Searchers, et al. But make no mistake: True Grit is a splendid movie, with lovingly textured storytelling and sturdy characters, Henry Hathaway's finest high-country action set-pieces, intoxicatingly ornate frontier language, and a couple of formidable bad guys (Jeff Corey's Tom Cheney and Robert Duvall's "Lucky" Ned Pepper). It's a compliment to say that, from a technical standpoint, the movie could have been made any time in Hathaway's 40-year career, yet its feeling for the reality of violence ceded no ground to The Wild Bunch, released around the same time. Still, the film's most sublime passage falls between bursts of gunplay: Rooster sitting on a hilltop at night recounting his life story, as John Wayne metamorphoses ineluctably into W.C. Fields. --Richard T. Jameson

A. Short Introduction to the Restorer's rehabilitation Decision Guide
There are many answers on the internet. This is a dilema in itself because so much data answers questions but creates confusion. blurring creates a question when it comes to production decisions - and arrival up with the right questions, at the right times. Foreskin rehabilitation data 'overload' often causes depression and anxiety in men who have just learned about restoring.

This guide is an endeavor by a somewheat experienced foreskin restorer to help put some formula to the madness of information, after you've decided to non-surgically restore your foreskin. Hopefully it will alleviate some of the blurring and mistakes I personally have experienced during my restoration, and those that I have heard of first hand. Maybe sparing you some embarrassments, depression, confusion, or frustration.

1. Are You Ready for the Non-Surgical rehabilitation Commitment?
If you think that a prosperous foreskin rehabilitation of your own is inherent without necessary emotional fortitude, sorry to have to disappoint you. A non-surgical rehabilitation can take years. mean lengths of time would be useless to narrative except to serve as inspiration or loose guidelines, so it *is* cheap to assume that a man with an mean circumcision (ie. Not too tightly circumcised) can faultless a rehabilitation - that is, a man can collect full coverage of the glans of the penis to look uncircumcised - in about 2-years on average. With some dedication. And verily with an large emotional commitment.

You must realize that after you determine to restore your foreskin, there is not going to be a magic-pill that will regrow your foreskin overnight. When we speak of an 'emotional commitment' - it means a commitment to yourself and your sexual delight and identity.

Be Ready To Spend At Least One Full Year Restoring!!

We all often think we have a high level of patience, but what many men discover, after beginning their restoration, is that their patience is verily 'stretched' to the limit, and unfortunately most men who start restoring - quit. whether it is out of depression that their rehabilitation is not progressing fast enough, or the man's opinion that "it's plainly not possible". Many of these men re-appear years later saying "I wish I hadn't given up years ago, or I'd be closed restoring by now!" - moral of the story - don't start unless you plan on sticking with it. It will save you emotional exhaustion and disappointment. Just remember - it *is* - verily - inherent to restore your foreskin and grow new skin cells!

2. Tight Circumcision? - How tightly were you circumcised?
Just as there are a vast collection of shapes, sizes, and appearances of all penises, circumcised or not; there are just as many variations on methods, and variations of circumcisions. Tight/close circumcisions. Loose circumcisions. Circumcisions that leave a man finding almost uncircumcised, etc.

(a) If your penis experiences pain or a tight pulling sensation while fully erect - you were circumcised tightly/aggressively.

(b) If your penis bleeds or forms any slight tears anywhere along the penile shaft when you collect erection - you are much too tightly circumcised.

(c) Can't move any - or hardly any - skin onto your glans while erect? You likely had an mean North American Circumcision.

(d) Able to - with minor pulling - roll skin up onto the glans while erect? You probably had a looser circumcision

(e) Able to verily roll skin to almost cover the glans while erect? - You have a very loose circumcision.

If you feel your circumcision falls into A, B, or C, then you may have to start your rehabilitation with some of the less aggressive rehabilitation methods - and will most likely be required to - at least start - with a taping method. There is nothing wrong with this. Many, many men start with taping - and conclude their rehabilitation taping. This author included.
If you believe you fall into categories D or E, you may be able to start slightly ahead of the men circumcised more tightly. You may be able to begin with a tapeless gadget if you chose. There is some deliberate upon as to whether tapeless or tape-utilizing methods yield faster or slower results. It has been this author's touch that taping methods yield the best, fastest results. This of procedure is this author's personal touch only.

Tightly circumcised men, regretfully, will be the most likely restorers to spend a longer whole of time restoring to completion. If you are circumcised tightly, keep in mind, however, that as you compose and grow more new skin, restoring becomes exponentially faster as there are more skin cells to divide to generate new cells - causing the rehabilitation of your foreskin. So, tightly circumcised: don't despair!

Users of the Frc website (http://foreskinrestorationchat.info) have often reported having started And closed restoring even tho their circumcisions and penile skin as a result, were - in their words - "tight as a drum" Again - do Not despair. Many circumcised men have suffered conspiratorially behind closed doors as a corollary of their overly tight circumcisions (one is tempted to call such circumcisions "clumsy, botched") - have begun restoring, and have reported a night-and-day correction in their sex lives - and yes, their male or female sex partners do narrative such happiness at the marked imrprovement in their restoring partner's delight responses, as well as their own delight being given to them by their newly restoring partners.

2a. Tapeless Devices? Or Taping Methods?

There are many "tapeless devices" available by many industrial manufacturers all over the internet. It is leading to realize that there is no need to purchase these industrial devices to restore your foreskin. The surmise these manufacturers have designed these devices is to fulfill a niche market - the market of men who are restoring but cannot, for one surmise or another, deal with using tape methods. Note: That most surgical tapes, such as 3M MicroPore or Rejuvenesse are hypo-allergenic and if you get sores or irritations from those tapes, chances are that you are not using allowable tape application methods. Methods on application of tape or tapeless devices can be found on the main Frc page.

Note To Tightly Circumcised Men: You will most likely need to start restoring - at least for a consolidate months - using the X-Taping (Cross Taping) formula to loosen-up some skin on your penis to open up some more opportunity to use more aggressive, faster methods. It is inherent for a tightly circumcised man to even start with T-Taping (this author's beloved method).

Note To Loosely Circumcised Men: You have the luxury to pick and chose which formula or industrial gadget you chose to use for your restoration. While this author doesn't personally feel tapeless methods/devices are unnecessary, many men prefer tapeless devices because of the ease of use (eg. Can be removed very fast for intimacy, no peeling tape off the penis, no production t-tapes, etc.). If you are loosely circumcised, or believe you are, try beginning with the T-Tape/Tension-Strap method. There is a great link on the Frc site, linking to the exceptional "T-Tape photo Book" - a photo-guided instruction hand-operated for those who want to try the great T-Tape foreskin restoring method.

Loosely circmcised men regularly need not start with a X-taping formula (which is used most often by tightly circumcised men to collect some more useable skin for faster methods). Some tapeless methods you can order consist of the: Tlc-tugger, Cat Ii Pro, Tug-a-hoy. (Links all on Frc) Tapeless devices (or "tuggers" as they are often called) do have some advantages, as alluded to above. For one, not having to place tape - an adhesive - on the skin of your penis is a major enticement to tapeless tuggers for many restoring men.

Almost every tape a restorer can use will still leave some whole of residue on the skin, after removal. There are lotions (mineral oil with citrus extract products, for example) that will verily disolve away most surgical tape residue from the penile skin when using a taping method, and you plainly rinse away with water. This is not a very time entertaining process.

When you get accustomed to 'taping' you find you can apply your t-tapes in as slight as 30-seconds, and take off it thoroughly (including all residue that may be left) in about 5-minutes (soaking in warm water time, then gradually pulling the soaked tape away from the skin, removing any residue, etc.)

Another "bonus" to tapeLess methods regards urination. Let's face it, you will have to 'go' at least a few times a day, and worse if you're a coffee drinker! (Make a reasoning note: If wearing tape on your penis when you go to the office, sacrifice your coffee consumption, or your boss may wonder why you've disappeared to the bathroom back and forth for half of the day!)

Tapeless methods do allow for excretion without having to take off the device. Not all tapeless methods allow excretion without dismissal - but it has come to be a coarse feature in most varying designs. Wearing a T-Tape for example, one must unclip the tension strap and 'open' the end of the T-Tape to pull the skin back to urinate, then reverse the process when finished. Experienced tapers, however, can often achieve this with great discretion and speed even at a group urinal! It's recommended you get to know your gadget while utlizing "public stalls" in washrooms. Try not to smile - you'll soon come to be famiiar with how disruptive 'bathroom breaks' come to be while restoring - tapeless or not. Don't lose your sense of humor over all of this, because in retrospect most men do have stories they like to share or narrative that are nothing short of hillarious (ie. Man wearing a Pud - a metal tugger - went straight through a protection checkpoint at an airport...not hard to guess what that poor guy went through!). Think of the bar stories you'll have!

Bottom line when it comes to tapeless or tape methods is a matter of purely personal choice.

3. rehabilitation Methods for Very Tightly Circumcised Men

Tightly circumcised? You are in good company. Millions of men are circumcised too tightly. Most circumcisions in North America are done to the thorough of the Jewish institution of "bris periah" - the faultless and utter dismissal of the entire foreskin and all of it's components (ie. The frenelum, inner mucosal skin, etc.). This is regularly closed by circumcising infants with a Gomco Circumcision Clamp, or Plastibell device. Some men conduct to escape such radical circumcisions, but most do not - not in North America anyway.

For the tightly, radically circumcised man, there are some methods to begin a foreskin restoration.

1 - You should spend a few months X-Taping to loosen some of the tight skin on your erect penis

2 - Manually pulling on the skin with your fingers (see hand-operated Rest. Link on main page) to loosen skin, 10-15mins at a time, a few times a day.

When the skin is loose sufficient from the X-taping and/or hand-operated restoring methods, you can 'graduate' to wearing a more comfortable T-Tape and tension strap to expedite the skin increase process. Whenever you have the opportunity (eg. After using the washroom, after/during showers, etc.) you should manually pull tightly on the shaft skin, up over the glans as far as you can without causing pain. Pain Is Never, Ever A Good Indication Of allowable Restoring.

One way many tightly circumcised men "get in" some easy to accommodate hand-operated restoring, and in fact the same formula many restorers regardless of their type of circumcision use, is to do as follows:

While erect - right after your shower and you have dried off is best - grab about midway up the penis with your thumb, index, and middle fingers, forming a decent grip colse to your penis. Then plainly pull the skin (which will already be somewhat tight from the erection) back towards the body and hold it for 15-20 seconds, then rest for about 30-seconds, repeat. Do this for five to ten minutes - but stop if you start feelings your penis and skin becoming raw or sore. This formula will do more to loosen a tight circumcision than you might imagine, and again, looser skin opens doors to easier use of faster, more aggressive methods of restoration.

"I'm so tightly circumcised that I verily doubt there is any skin to successfully restore." - Untrue. All skin will stretch, grow, and generate new skin cells if put under tension. No matter how slight you have. It may start off with some difficulty, and start off somewhat slowly, but remember, speed of skin increase only becomes exponentially faster as you gain and 'loosen' more.

4. rehabilitation Methods for Men with mean or Looser Circumcisions

For men circumcised in a manner that left some whole of loose skin on the shaft of the penis, there are some more options open and available to you in your restoration. Just as men tightly circumcised, you have the selection of X-taping, but you can also verily use T-Taping, or even try a industrial 'tugger' or two. In the interest of simplicity of access, and short-term cost, I advise beginning off with T-Taping (see links on Frc).
Looser skin allows you to more favorably wear a T-Tape as well. Looser skin, means more skin - when T-Taped and under tension with your tension strap attached to your T-Tape, the tension pulls the penils shaft skin and remaining foreskin out over the glans and allows the whole contraption to accommodate erections whether at night - or spontaneous ones during the day. Many tapeless devices simplt cannot accommodate erections and must be removed at night to ensure no damage occurs - but to be fair, a plump few tapeless gadget manufacturers and home-made tapeless tugger designs can and are worn at nightt and can accommodate erections.

So take your pick guys, if you got away with a loose circumcision, you have many options available to you. It is recommended that you explore the Foreskin rehabilitation Methods Comparison Chart, you can find the link to that as well on the Frc website.

5. Vitamin / health aid for Skin health and Skin Cell Growth

As you would expect, when you are ungoing your own non surgical foreskin restoration, it's best to be in, and remain in good overall health.

There are a vast whole of men who use Vitamin E religiously, both orally and topically. In light of new medical study on vitamin E and it's inherent link to an increase in morbidity, this author will not advise any 'good' internal doseage of Vitamin E. "E" can, and maybe should be applied to the penile skin that is under tension - in between restoring sessions. It appears (from many men's reports and personal experience) that a simple 400Iu Vitamin E caplet broken open and spread and massaged into the skin is both soothing, and verily seems to speed the medical of irritated skin. Ph-neutral soaps or soapless body cleansing lotions enriched with Vitamin E, used in the shower, might also be useful.

There is very experimental medical study out of Beijing, China, that has proven a medical agent called Papaverine Topical Cream verily sped the increase of skin! This is a very short exerpt from a medical abstract from the Southern-2 Ward, Plastic surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of medical Sciences & Peking Union medical College, Beijing, China: "This study shows that the rate of tissue expansion can be accelerated by topical application of papaverine cream"

This data is not provided in this text to get your hopes up. It's provided to show that study into skin, cell, and tissue increase is happening right now, colse to the world. ultimately circumcised men will be able to very rapidly restore their foreskins with these medical - albeit non-surgical - methods if the speed of this type of study grows - or at least continues.

Until science evolves to a point whereby we can smear some cream on a circumcised penis and within a day or two have a newly regrown restored foreskin, let's be practical! It is necessary to verbalize skin moisture in between wearing your tape or tapeless devices ('while you are restoring'). Many men find simple mineral oil too greasy and tends not to suck in fast sufficient into the skin, but if you find your skin does suck in mineral oil quickly, massage that into your skin daily in between taping (being very sure to thoroughly cleanse all trace of oil before next restoring-session!). This author prefers to use: "Vaseline (brand) laberious Care Unscented Extra compel Lotion" (containing many moisturizers and Virtamin E - for 'very dry skin')" Now that Vaseline got the plug (!) I must say that this single brand of moisturizer absorbs *very* quickly, is thoroughly greaseless with no oils, and is all sorts of great! After a great deal of touch with dissimilar lotions for moisturizing after restoring-sessions, this one hands down must be given a try by all restorers.
Another advice often offered by restorers is to use a lotion with not only Vitamin E, but also with Lipids.

It is recommend that lipids verily improve the speed of the skin heal and cellular rehabilitation process. Take it for what it is worth. There is sufficient conflicting evidence both that prove lipids are helpful and that lipids are useless to guarantee your own study into "lipids" on the internet to make this decision.

Ensure you are eating a healthy whole of fish. If you aren't, consist of some in your diet, as it is recommend fish oils are necessary to skin health. Also, a good, trusted namebrand multi-vitamin once a day, with perhaps the addition of fish oil (cod liver oil, halibut liver oil...) supplements as they are good for the skin would be useful. beneficial not only for healthy skin, but also for your normal health! Be aware however, that this author is not a physician and these are (not medical) suggestions made from personal experiences, reading, and those experiences and reports of other restoring men. Use good sense and consult your Gp before you determine to start supplementing your diet with vitamins.

6. Removing Tape from the Skin Without Pain, Tears, Sores, Rips...

Even tho this section best belongs in a taping-methods guide, I felt it leading sufficient to make a short entry on this matter in this guide. Many of you reading this will have already decided to start restoring and are perhaps reading this reflecting, or referring to it. Many of you are also causing yourself damage using a taping rehabilitation formula - not necessarily by too much tension or improper taping procedures - but by plain, simple tape dismissal ! A great many restoring men have been whether turned off of restoring altogether because of the pain they cause themselves removing their tapes, or it converts men to a search for a tapeless tugger product. There are a few very, very plainly rules to removing your tape without pain, tears, sores, or rips:

Soak in a hot bath for five minutes and then take off tape gradually under the water
Always take off the skin from the tape - not the tape from the skin (what this means is,
grab the tape and gradually roll the skin off the grip of the tape, do not pull on the tape,
roll or push down on the skin Away From the tape)
You can purchase a citrus mineral oil - rub it over the taped area, wait for a minute, and
gently and gradually take off the tape (keeping the above rule in mind!) All residue should
come off with the tape. If it doesn't, the citrus in the oil will make the residue simple to roll off.

Never try to take off your tape (unless it's an emergency!) without at least soaking it in some form of oil-based lotion, very warm baths/water, or something to loosen the bond that the tape has created between itself and your skin. If you feel any pain at all removing your tape, chances are you are going to have whether a sore, or irritated spot at that location after you get the tape off. Don't ake any chances, take off the tape slowly, it can be done within 5-minutes without any negative effects!

7. Methods to Keep the Tape from arrival Off Prematurely

If removing the tape is the least of your problems after you start trying out the taping method, then retention he tape On, or retention it from slipping, will be the next question you're likely to encounter. Some men find that they cannot keep their tapes from losing grip and slipping off the skin after even 4 or 5 hours. The point here is to have the tape stay-put where you settled it, for as long as you want it to stay there. Try these methods:

From the drugstore, purchase a small bottle of or "Friar's Balsam" (Tincture of Benzoin)
It is a type of astringent. With a Q-Tip, paint a very thin layer over the area of skin on which you
will be placing the tape. Let the liquid painted on the skin dry for about 30-seconds before applying
your tape. Then apply your tape as usual.

The Friar's Balsam holds Amazingly well, and requires
that you soak in the hot bath for a few minutes longer to get the tape to come off later.

Another suggestion. Lightly dust the area of your body that is likely to have your penis held against (your leg,
your lower stomach - if sleeping with your tension strap over your shoulder) with unscented baby powder. It
will suck in any extra moisture caused by the heat of the penis being held against the body so tightly by tension.
You can also dust the face of the tape lightly with baby powder as well, which will help suck in any moisture
that might othewise infiltrate the delicate surgical tape.

Always: Ensure that if you use the T-Tape method, that you place the midline of the "T" along your Point of
Equilibrium (Poe) on your penis. The Poe is the point colse to your penis on the skin where if the tape is applied
and pulled, equal tension is spread over both the inner and outter area of skin. In most men just beginning to restore,
with an mean circumcision, the Poe is regularly right along your circumcision-line. In tightly circumcised men who
may have difficulty locating their Poe, use the circumcision-line as well, as your Poe. Taping along your Poe will
ensure that the tape is baring the load of the tension equally, so that the adhesive holds longer without one area
slipping, causing the whole tape to fail.

7a. When do I Tell My Partner About my Restoring? Should I Tell Him/Her?

Having to discuss this issue with anyone, particularly your most intimate friend - your partner, can be the most difficult thing to do. The chances of you being able to hide your rehabilitation process from your loved one will be next to impossible. So it has to be dealt with sooner or later. Express how leading "trying this out" is to you. Be ready to acknowledge the request "why would you want to do this?" - It invariably seems to be the first or second request that comes up! That is something no Guide can help you answer. But it is verily something worth taking some time to consider. "Why do you want to restore?"

Men and women have contacted me in relation to their partner's restoration. All have said that they are supportive of their partners' rehabilitation efforts, and in some cases they were the one who introduced them to the idea in the first place! It's rare to hear of an unsupportive partner - even if their level of sustain is purely a matter of tolerance out of love for them.
Your partner may ask you if you are doing this because they of them - because they "can't please you anymore". It's leading to make sure that your partner is told - frankly - that restoring your foreskin is a decision for you, about you, and something you want - nothing to do with them, you just hope that they will be supportive and not think you are crazy for doing this.

Inform them that most men's sexual delight increases greatly as a corollary of restoration, and many of their partners narrative enhanced sexual delight as well. finally your selection to restore could potentially improve both of your sex lives! Two documents you can show your partner, when you "come out to them" about restoring, can be found at the following links:

Why Would a Circumcised Man Want to Restore His Foreskin (http://foreskinrestorationchat.info/jfaq.html) by John Geisheker, J.D., Ll.M (General Counsel, Doctor's Opposing Circumcision, D.O.C. [http://faculty.washington.edu/gcd/Doc/] )

8. 24/7 Restoring? Or Cyclical Restoring. Which is faster? (New medical study Info)

There is nothing more hotly debated in the rehabilitation society than the issue of how long to wear the tension/weight on the skin in order to collect the maximum skin cell increase in the shortest time. For a long time, the normal restoratin society was convinced that a restoring regimen as close to 24/7 as inherent was optimal. In other words, it was believed - and still is by some - that foreskin rehabilitation would be completed/achived faster the longer you were 'stretching' the skin.

Well, medical study in every shape and form is luckily, always evolving. For years, the co-founder of Norm (National society of Restoring Men) Wayne Griffiths, has tried to convince restoring men that a 24/7 regimen is not the acknowledge to the most expeditious skin growth. The following is a quote from a posting in the Frc Forums by Wayne Griffiths:

"When we look at the body builders, trying and successfully getting more muscle and you have a muscle to be lengthened for sure the Dartos/Peripenic muscle... You need to corollary as the most recent study has indicated, and as i have been 'preaching' for 15 years, increase is had when the cells have a opportunity to achieve mitosis. One needs to understand that just finding at it in a mechanical/physical situation, if you were a rubber band stretched to the fullest extent, could you tie a knot in the middle of yourself? I think not. So the resolving of the chromatin of the nucleus into a threadlike form, which separate into segments or chromosomes, each of which separated longitudinally into two parts, one part of each chromosome being sustain in each of two new cells resulting from the traditional cell.

"The three papers researching tissue expansion have only been done since 1997 + - and the latest in 2004...have shown that cyclical moderate tension is the most prosperous and efficient formula of growing new cells. These studies i am sure will change to some extent the regimen for tissue expansion in the medical field for harvesting." (Wayne Griffiths, Norm - http://www.norm.org)

Taking this data into consideration, a 12-hour restoring day, with 8-12 hours off, each day, 6-days a week, would seem to be an thorough suggestion. Of course, for any new restorer, the length of time you may be able to tolerate wearing your gadget or tape could be very short. It takes a while to come to be used to wearing tapes and devices and thus be able to favorably wear them for longer periods of time.

This document should not be taken as medical guidance and is meant to compliment, rather than supplant the association between you and your doctor.
