Fear is based from past experience, cautions against perceived danger, and conditioned by the culture you live in. Population knowing that fear is one of the many emotional factors will use it to manipulate or control you. By doing so, they can control you and predict how you will react. You have let them have control over your life unless you refuse to let it bother you. Take newspaper reports. All the gloom and doom on the front page, will soon have you believing that all the news is bad. Then the fear will set in as you worry about your neighborhood. Fear grows upon fear. The truth is that bad news sells so that is what you see on the front page.
Some place within, you'll find an ego. Most Population think this is their true self. But, in truth, one has to control the ego, take over the drivers seat, and keep the ego down. The ego is what keeps us reactive rather than proactive. Without a tight rein on the ego, nothing will change. Fear, fostered by past experiences and trained into us by one's culture, will still be in control. The same fears will still be there ready to pop out at you.
Once you learn what situations you fear, you start arranging your life to prevent those situations from coming. Instead of working through the hurt, anger, or envy, you reinforce it by dwelling on it or trying to resist it. Take something you fear. Find out why you fear it. If you go through it, what will you learn. When you learn the part from facing your fear, your fear will no longer control you. The part learned will make you a better person because you will control your life. By being in control, you can attain your goals.
As you work through your fears, one by one, you will come to a place where you are continually growing. You will find the true you. Population will consideration your greater confidence. Success produces that confidence, more success, more confidence. You have escaped those fears and doubts that have prevented success in the past.
